Summary
Amends the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013
to: include a definition of 'sustainable procurement principles'; create a duty for Commonwealth entities to ensure procurement of recycled goods and consideration of sustainable procurement principles when making procurement and purchasing decisions; and require the minister to consider sustainable procurement principles when drafting new procurement instruments.
